Bill Welbourn
President

As President, Bill leads the Board of Trustees in overseeing the governance and mission fulfillment of the Foundation. His responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day operations and guiding the executive and standing committees in executing the Foundation’s strategic goals.

Bill worked as the Chief Operating Officer for the aviation division of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, responsible for the Americas. He also served as the General Aviation study group chairman of the International Union of Aviation Insurers and the Underwriting Director of the Aviation Insurance Association. His background includes HOA board positions and volunteer tax assistance work for the Internal Revenue Service’s VITA program.
